fields each of CA1, CA2, and CA3 (total 9 fields) and summed for each animal. Pre-treatment
with 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg ceftriaxone significantly reduced the TUNEL positive
cell. one-way ANOVA, p = 0.0017 (n = 5 in each group); *: p < 0.05. Saline group refers to animals received hypoxic-ischemic procedures and saline
administration.
